The binding rules for use of the mobile software Dream Story:Free Movies, distributed via Google Play, are established by these Terms of Service. Full acceptance of each provision below is shown when you install, open, or otherwise interact with this application. Should these terms be unacceptable to you, this puzzle game must be uninstalled and all use must stop.
A personal licence is granted to you for running Dream Story:Free Movies on compatible mobile hardware. Private recreational use by you alone is the only purpose covered by this licence. It is limited, non-transferable, and revocable. Reverse-decompiling, tampering with, cloning, redistributing, or commercially re-utilising the game’s assets, source code, graphic resources, or audio materials is not permitted unless explicit written authorisation is provided by our development side.
You agree that program defects will not be exploited, cheat utilities will not be operated, local game files will not be modified, and automated scripts designed to bypass the original puzzle mechanics will not be used. Your right to access this application may be withdrawn if your behaviour interferes with normal game operation. No multiplayer chat or peer-to-peer messaging capabilities are contained in this software.
Exclusive intellectual property of our development unit includes all trademarks, hexagonal-arrow-themed visual artwork, sound assets, level layouts, and program logic inside Dream Story:Free Movies. No ownership entitlements in our assets are transferred to end-users by anything in these service terms.
On an “as-is” basis, Dream Story:Free Movies is supplied, without express or implied warranties of any kind. Bug-free runtime, uninterrupted gameplay, or perfect compatibility across every mobile device model cannot be guaranteed by us. Hardware conditions, operating-system updates, and behaviours of embedded third-party SDK components may influence application performance.
Responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by installation or gameplay is not accepted by our development team, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable local statutes. Device abnormalities and lost local game progress are included, but not limited to such damages. All game save files are stored in your own device storage space. No liability is borne by us for progress loss triggered by app removal or hardware reset events.
Full authority is retained by us to push game patches, adjust feature sets, or remove content without separate advance notice for individual users. These Terms of Service may also be revised. Consent to the revised clauses is given by you if this application remains installed after amendments are published.
